Challenge: Transform Dr. Scholl's website from a product catalog into a consultative digital experience that helped consumers find the right solutions for their foot conditions while elevating the brand's visual identity.

Insight: People shop by problem, not product name.

Solution: Created a two-phase digital experience centered on smart tools and optimistic visuals. An interactive consultation guided users from symptoms to solutions. A foot condition finder helped people explore by specific issues. We developed a distinctive visual language: wave shapes referencing insole curves, vibrant colors radiating optimism, and a signature "bounce" effect—light rays emanating from steps—that captured the feeling of relief and renewed mobility. Worked with Creative Director to build the shot list for a South Africa photography shoot. Site was organized around user needs, not product categories, with responsive layouts, product discovery flows, and review systems designed to remove purchase friction.

Role: Led digital design and art direction. Developed visual identity (wave motif, color system, "bounce" effect). Collaborated with UX on consultation tool and discovery flows. Designed all page templates and interactive modules. Built photography shot list. Created developer specs. Led QA through launch.

Results: Successfully transformed the site from catalog to consultative experience. Interactive tools simplified discovery. Visual identity created distinctive brand equity. Provided scalable platform for future campaigns.
